A Fine Art Photography graduate, Edwin S Freyer is a London-based photographer and creative director recognized for a clean, cinematic aesthetic that feels both modern and timeless. Over the last decade, he has specialised in fashion, portraiture, and fine jewellery, with a global body of work defined by an appreciation for the subtle nuances of culture and the luxury market.

His approach is shaped by a unique dual perspective. As the founder of 5’ELEVEN” Magazine, he understands the industry from the inside out. This experience as both an editor and photographer allows him to look beyond the individual frame, providing productions that function as part of a larger, cohesive narrative.

Complementing his commercial and editorial practice, is his ongoing special project, Japan Streets. This upcoming project is a deeply personal exploration of Japan, to capture the country through its mundane, everyday moments. It is an observational study of the balance between chaos and harmony, tradition and modernity, solitude and the invisible presence.
